Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Senior Account Executive – Germany to drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. As a Senior Account Executive – Germany, you will focus on selling their supply chain transparency solutions to enterprise-level clients across industries. Your role will be pivotal in translating their technology offerings into tangible benefits that align with clients’ sustainability and ethical sourcing objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to their clients, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance their supply chain practices and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and excel at building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify prospective clients, build strategic relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Understand their supply chain challenges and objectives. Position our solutions as essential tools for achieving transparency, sustainability, and social responsibility goals.
  • Product Expertise: Understand our supply chain transparency technology platform, its features, and how it addresses the specific needs of clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition and differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Customer Success, and Marketing. Ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and customer needs. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, and provide regular updates to senior management. Leverage CRM tools to track progress, document interactions, and streamline sales processes effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS AE experience, in a complex, technical sales environment.
  • Consistent proven success in closing net-new business opportunities
  • ‘Hunter’ mentality – Ability to prospect & identify customers within the ICP and opportunities to sell.
  • Fluent in German & English.
