Enterprise Account Manager – UK

We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Manager – UK to enhance the food industry through data and analytics. In this role, you will work to increase our market share and revenue. You will be a key leader in our customer team, crafting strategic business plans, building relationships, and expanding business with existing Enterprise customers.

              Drive commercial expansion and retention of accounts.

              Build strategic relationships with leading global brands, from Fortune 500 companies to new digital food players.

              Collaborate with customers and senior management to develop and implement joint business plans to maximize value and business growth.

              Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans and roadmaps.

              Act as the primary contact point for Enterprise customers, leading ongoing communication, building, and maintaining strong relationships by establishing credibility with partners, solving problems, and achieving business and operational objectives.

              Experience working in a creative, fast-paced startup environment.

              Availability to work US hours.


              5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B relations, account management, business development, or customer success.

              Prior experience working with Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts. Familiarity with the Food & Beverage Industry is a significant advantage.

              Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, computer science, or a related technical discipline.

              Ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans.

              Experience in driving and building strategic roadmaps with internal and external executive stakeholders.

              Demonstrated success in exceeding customer expectations through responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, and resolving technical issues.

              Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.

              Strong relationship-building and initiation skills.

              Experience working with business development/sales teams.

              Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

              Love for data-driven decision-making, with the ability to monitor, A/B test, and identify trends in data to generate actionable insights.

              Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
