Job Description

Our client is actively looking for a Customer Success Manager, as they are looking to build out their customer success function. Our partner is a fast-growing climate technology start-up on a mission to drive climate action through data and insight.

Responsibilities of Customer Success Manager:

  • Facilitating and supporting new customers in implementing their API-based solutions to ensure effective adoption.
  • Cultivating enduring relationships with clients to drive value continually, lead renewal discussions, and devise expansion strategies. Identifying opportunities for deeper adoption and business growth.
  • Proficiently uncovering customer needs through strategic questioning, and collaborating with sales, product, and services teams to surpass customer objectives.
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge adoption rates and customer success.
  • Crafting technical onboarding resources and workflows to promote a scalable, self-service adoption approach.
  • Providing valuable customer insights and data to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Establishing and monitoring milestones for both customers and internal teams.

  • You have 3+ years in Account Management
  • You have demonstrated success in identifying and executing upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
  • You have a technical understanding of Scope emissions and GHG protocols
