We’re searching for a dynamic individual to join a team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the satisfaction and success of clients within the global carbon credit transaction sphere. This company is devoted to catalysing climate action through an efficient and transparent platform for certified carbon credit exchange. Your responsibilities will include fostering strong client relationships, analysing customer data, and offering strategic insights to optimize their carbon credit transactions.
As a part of the Customer Success team, you’ll closely engage with clients to understand their objectives, address concerns, and provide proactive support. Monitoring customer metrics and usage patterns will be key, allowing you to identify enhancement opportunities and potential upsells. Collaboration with internal teams to drive product improvements will also be part of your role, contributing to our operations’ continued growth and prosperity.
