We’re on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager to join the team at a leading global carbon credit transaction network. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting sales efforts and cultivating strong client relationships.

Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners.
- Aid in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM system to monitor client interactions and sales activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, nurturing and managing strong relationships.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client implementation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster and sustain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
