Job Description

Looking for a young hungry Account Executive DACH with native German language skills based in London to join our client, a climate tech company.

Responsibilities as an Account Executive  DACH:

  • Sales and Business Development: Hunt and acquire net new logos within the DACH region.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Drive growth and expand Novata’s presence in the DACH market.
  • ESG Expertise: Utilize your understanding of ESG and sustainability to consult clients effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

This role requires:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Location: Based in London.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in hunting and closing new business deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ESG/sustainability practices and solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Regional Experience: Previous experience working within the DACH region.
  • Network: Established connections within the ESG/sustainability sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics.
