Looking for a Pre Post Sales Engineer to join a USA-based team with a forward-thinking AI startup on a mission to push the limits of artificial intelligence technology with our Large Language Solution. Their goal is to revolutionize industries. Right now, they’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre/Post Sales Engineer to join the team. In this role, you’ll be crucial to the success of our expanding client base, leading our customers through the smooth implementation and deployment of our LLM solutions. We need someone who truly understands AI technologies and can communicate effectively.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting technical product demos for various LLM use cases and ML pipeline setups.
• Demonstrating and preparing relevant examples to explain current and future capabilities, considering the product backlog and roadmap.
• Leading the technical discovery during sales conversations to understand the alignment between what the business offers and prospective customer expectations.
• Leading architectural reviews and assessments.
• Partnering with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption and successful onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to drive new feature adoption and expand product usage.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with technical influencers and champions within LLM teams, both pre and post-sale.
• Refining examples prepared for a customer for a product marketing and docs team to use.
• Providing market and customer feedback to the product and engineering team to refine feature specifications and the product roadmap.

Skills you’ll need:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI / ML-related roles, you should be able to show a proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions.
• Your leadership and people management skills should be effective, backed by experience in leading and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms is essential.
• Adaptability and flexibility are necessary to thrive in our fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with creative thinking capabilities, are a must-have.
• You should hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
