Job Description

Our client, a Series C Artificial Intelligence company, specializes in delivering Enterprise solutions to the Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain, and Construction sectors. Moreover, the VP of Sales Enablement role holds a pivotal position in their quest for ambitious growth goals. Within this role you will enjoy substantial autonomy, therefore allowing you to drive a significant impact on the company’s performance. Notably, your contributions will be instrumental in streamlining onboarding, elevating overall team performance, and shaping a high-calibre Go-to-Market (GTM) team.

Therefore, the VP of Sales Enablement will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s market position. Additionally, they will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of AI-driven solutions within the Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain, and Construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional GTM roles in Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Presales, and Solutions Architecture.
  • Help develop and drive implementation of the strategy for enablement programs and tools crafted to improve GTM productivity and the efficiency of our onboarding process.
  • Optimize onboarding and continual learning for all GTM teams as well as our Channel partners and Customer Operations teams.

To be successful as a VP of Sales Enablement, you’ll need to:

  • 10+ years’ of demonstrated experience in GTM strategy or related field.
  • Experience managing large-scale GTM strategy projects.
  • Ability to quickly develop and maintain a reasonable level of knowledge of company solutions and remain an expert on current product knowledge.
  • Consistent record of producing and hosting informative events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams.
