Job Description

We are looking for a VP of Growth for our B2B Enterprise clients in hyper-growth mode. Having recently raised their Series C funding at unicorn valuation (>$1B) and ended their third year of double-digit revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and inspire a high-performing sales team that thrives in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Can strike the strategy balance while working with your revenue engine to close high-value deals ($1MM+).
  • Develop successful sales playbooks and create operating efficiencies, KPIs, and communication processes for a growing organisation.

To be successful as a VP of Growth, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in building a scalable and repeatable sales model and process.
  • Can build a customer-centric culture throughout the sales organisation.
  • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
