Job Description

Our client successfully secured Series C funding in March 2023 and is currently in search of a seasoned Vice President of International Sales. This role will involve overseeing and directing our sales teams operating in the EMEA and APAC regions. These teams encompass Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Mid-Market Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, as well as Growth and Retention Account Managers. The VP of Global Sales will therefore have a direct reporting line to the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In this capacity, they will assume responsibility for achieving and surpassing sales targets, closely monitoring sales performance metrics, and efficiently managing the international sales administration process.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and goals to encompass all customer-facing functions.
  • You will drive new sales motions, including hybrid inbound/outbound, ABS, and partnerships.
  • You will scale and foster a high-performing sales culture focused on revenue attainment through delivering value to our customers. You will establish aggressive sales targets, optimize continuously, and coach & mentor the team as they look to 10x their customer base.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, from lead generation and acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • You will deliver robust forecasting tools aligned with business objectives.


To be successful as a VP of Global Sales, you’ll need to:

  • Must have proven experience as a VP of Global Sales a multi-product $50M+ revenue SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated track record in the executive leadership role of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, sales strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
