Company Overview:

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer, they are an early-stage observability and troubleshooting platform designed specifically for enterprise customers. Their solution empowers technical teams to efficiently manage and monitor issues within their DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Communicate the technical features and benefits of our offerings, tailoring the message to meet customer needs.
  • Take the lead in technical discussions during pre-sales engagements and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Develop customized product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the advantages of our solutions.
  • Work directly with customers to identify technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Assist customers throughout the POC installation process, addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster collaboration with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.


  • Demonstrated success in technical sales or sales engineering within the DevTools industry for a minimum of 6 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, and related areas.
  • Comprehensive understanding of our product, with the ability to convincingly explain why our solution is essential in a technical context or why it warrants evaluation.
  • Willingness to question prospects about their current tool stack. Exceptional communication skills, adept at simplifying intricate concepts for both technical and non-expert audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in customer interactions. Potential requirement for occasional travel to attend customer meetings and industry events.
