Job Description

Looking for a Sales Director DACH to join an ESG reporting technology company in Germany for remote working. Our partner is a growing ESG reporting technology scale-up, providing a data solution for businesses with a mandatory requirement to report on CSRD. We are now on the hunt for a dynamic, German-speaking Account Executive eager to drive their sales and expand their reach in the DACH region.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Director DACH:

  • Managing the entire sales process from the initial contact to closing deals
  • Conducting high-quality sales meetings and product demonstrations
  • Keeping the CRM system updated
  • Preparing proposals for customers
  • Negotiating contracts

As a Sales Director DACH, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas in SaaS sales
  • Experience with complex B2B products in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering high-quality work
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive to complete tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
