Job Description

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive in USA, East Coast. Our client is a Series A, Climate intelligence startup that is seeking a Founding Account Executive. Their solution provides a platform for corporates and investors to achieve their Net Zero targets. As the Founding North American hire you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships in a greenfield territory where you can leverage a plethora of industry success stories across Europe.


As a Founding Account Executive in USA, you will play an integral role in scaling our client’s business, developing your region, and establishing them as a category-defining company in the Climate intelligence space.

  • Crafting and delivering compelling narratives for the tiger product suite against a variety of international use cases.
  • Build, iterate, and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales motion.
  • Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle, and closing complex transactions.
  • Own your numbers – consistently meet and exceed your activity goals to build a fruitful pipeline that will provide consistent quota attainment.

To be successful as a Founding Account Exec USA, you’ll need to:

  • Be a hunter by nature and thrive in a net new logo sales position in an early and sometimes chaotic/ambiguous environment.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies ie. value/challenger etc.
  • Comfortable in front of C-Level Execs and possess the credibility & executive presence to generate trust.
  • Have a past of quota over-achievement selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.


This is a permanent job contract with flexible/hybrid or remote working for East Coast USA in the Technology Sales team.
