About the Account Manager job

A hyper-growth start-up is looking for an Account Manager to join their team which is disrupting the Construction and Manufacturing industries worldwide with its innovative AI platform. The Account Manager will leverage their most valuable relationships and expand their strategic accounts. They are the number 1 solution in their product space and have hit over $10M in ARR.

Relevant Experience:

  • Previous Account Management experience in tech or consultancy in the UK.
  • Understanding of project management, business processes, and technology integration.
  • Familiarity with new technologies on construction sites is advantageous.
  • Proactive nature suited for a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • A background in construction management or engineering consultancy is highly desirable.

Your day-to-day as Account Manager:

  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders, particularly executives.
  • Collaborate with clients to align our product with their goals and challenges effectively.
  • Drive product adoption and usage, maximizing client value.
  • Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Keep clients informed about product updates, features, and industry trends.
  • Relay customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and enhance metrics related to client success and value.

This is a hybrid role based out of London, 2 days a week in the office.
