Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive – Climate Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on selling our ESG SaaS platform to enterprise-level clients in various industries. Your goal will be to translate technology into value-based outcomes for clients that help continue their investment in decarbonisation. At the same time, Enterprise Advocates are advocates for their customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us improve the broader customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment that rewards initiative and judgment with autonomy and responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify key prospects, build strong relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders in target companies. Understand their ESG needs, present tailored solutions, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our ESG SaaS platform’s features, functionalities, and how it aligns with clients’ sustainability goals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales projections, and provide regular updates to management. Utilize CRM tools to track progress, document interactions, and manage sales activities efficiently.


  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven success in enterprise software/SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability trends, and familiarity with the climate-tech landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market needs, product enhancements, and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
